Job Description
Position: Sales Manager - Kuwait
- Benefits: 30 working paid leave days + medical insurance for the employee + 1 round-trip ticket allowance per year (to home country).
- Only candidates with 4-5 years of Sales Experience including 2 years ERP sales exposure, may apply.
The Sales Manager’s main role is to look for new opportunities in the market by contacting prospects and initiating the sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the new business sales pipeline.
- Conduct Initial qualifications meetings/follow ups.
- Prepare and run presentations.
- Prepare the proposals, and responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s, expression of Interest, Tenders
- Follow up on meetings and negotiations.
- Deal closure
- Attain branch and individual new business sales targets.
- Business Development
- Assist in the evaluation of competitive solutions and vertical markets to refine the ‘go to market’ (GTM) product stack.
- Align the system functionality with customer expectations.
- Update CRM records
- Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the Sales Manager
