The Sales Manager - Corporate is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the hotel is the preferred choice for corporate accommodations, events, and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
