What You Will Do


  • Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies. Include group profile for each meeting; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up. 


  • Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers. 


  • Promote awareness by providing presentations and personal sales calls.


  • Maintain communication/relationship with WSO network, as well as other FS hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal.


  • Create and execute direct sales plan specific to markets/segments assignment.


  • Work closely with catering through execution of definite program; keep Senior Management and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate. 


  • Coordinate all sales related activity through the director of sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.


  • Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing system; have a working knowledge of local and regional competition.


  • Conduct all sales related interactions with the highest level of professionalism while maintaining specified Four Seasons standards. 


  • Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, including assisting with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections. Participate in hotel specific, local, and Four Seasons sponsored sales blitz, and telephone blitz activity. 


  • Assist operations team in “crunch” situations. Maintain relationships with peers at local hotels.

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts.


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels


  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.


  • Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.


  • Generate regular reports and reviews using sales and financial data.


  • Lead negotiations and address any concerns or objections.


  • Develop segment strategies and provide market insights.


  • Prepare and negotiate group proposals and terms.


  • Collaborate with team members to optimize results.


What You Bring


  • Luxury hotel sales experience is preferred


  • Three years previous experience in luxury hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills.


  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.


  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment.


  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language, second Arabic language is preferred.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills
