Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring and results.
• Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner to ensure sales opportunities for products and service.
• obtaining and coordinating data and information from staff and member groups
• Monitoring sales performance and motivating and incentivizing staff to meet targets
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
• Overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
• Hiring, training, and motivating the sales team
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
