Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for and help grow our B2B car parts sales as well as onboarding third-party services providers onto the Sparts application for our B2C services. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the relationships with customers and partners, negotiating deals and credit terms etc.


Key responsibilities

  • Growing our B2B part sales line, going out in the market to garages, repair shops, agencies etc., demonstrating our capabilities, signing contracts, handling purchase orders etc.
  • Meeting with third party services providers, pitching them, gain their business, onboard them to the app. Help achieve our revenue goals.
  • Managing client relationships, build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing effective sales strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring favorable terms for Sparts.
  • Work with marketing team to come up with sales initiatives for customer acquisition.
  • Work with Operations manager to fulfil purchase orders.
  • Work with accounting to ensure favorable credit terms and improve cash flow position.
  • Monitor sales performance across both B2B and B2C channels, using data to refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide input on product offerings and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate on promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct regular research on market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the automotive industry.
  • Use insights from research to stay ahead of the competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and close rates.
  • Implement tools and technologies that streamline sales operations and improve the customer experience.
