Job Description

The Sales Hardware Representative plays a crucial role in the trading and commodity trading industry by promoting and selling hardware products to clients in Hawali, Kuwait. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively communicate product benefits and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. With a minimum of three years of experience in sales, particularly in hardware or related fields, the Sales Hardware Representative will contribute significantly to the company's growth and market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hardware product sales.
  2. Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase hardware features and benefits.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  9. Train and support junior sales staff in product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
