Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•    Secure contracts by working directly with individuals involved in construction and landscaping projects in outdoor locations across Kuwait.
•    Cultivate connections with key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
•    Understand the technical aspects of our products and how they fit into various outdoor project needs.
•    Present proposals, address concerns, and secure project wins within budget and timeline constraints.
•    Oversee sales orders, coordinate logistics with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
•    Track progress against targets, analyze results, and propose new initiatives to maximize sales goals.
Key Tasks:
•    Identify promising outdoor project locations and potential buyers.
•    Gain access to decision-makers and present compelling product solutions.
•    Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals that benefit both our company and the project.
•    Manage all aspects of the order process from quotation to installation.
•    Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress.
•    Develop and implement strategies to exceed monthly sales targets in volume, value, and margin.
 




Candidate Requirements

•    5-7 years of experience in project sales, ideally within the Sanitary and Tiles
•    Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
•    Extensive network of contacts in the Kuwaiti construction and landscaping sector.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
•    Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•    Valid Kuwait driving license is essential.
