Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will cover and develop a defined sales territory in order to achieve and exceed the company’s set targets.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets /objectives for automotive group.
Collaborate with sales manager and office specialists /managers on development and execution of account strategies
Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process
Perform daily sales activities: Government sales, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, input and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes
Develop a learning plan within sales e-Learning program
Candidate Requirements
2 to 3 years direct sales experience in B2B environment selling capital products
Executive presence, ability to convince and influence key decision makers
Well developed account management and business development skills
Self motivation, commercial drive, business acumen
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Understanding of Kuwaiti 'business landscape' - large enterprises, multinationals, key conglomerates, banks, telecommunication companies, retailers, engineering, oil & gas etc.
Excellent knowledge of English language (Arabic language in an advantage)
Excellent PC skills and use of business related software packages
