Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the insurance sector by building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing both retail and corporate sales, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in networking, risk assessment, and maintaining client loyalty, with a strong public relations presence in Kuwait. This role demands strong communication abilities, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage both retail and corporate sales accounts, ensuring all client needs are met with personalized insurance solutions.

Sales Growth:

  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client management.

Risk Assessment:

  • Assess risks and provide tailored insurance coverage options for clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to offer competitive pricing and comprehensive insurance packages.

Public Relations:

  • Maintain a strong public relations presence in the insurance market in Kuwait to enhance brand visibility and company reputation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building a reputation for excellent customer service and industry knowledge.

Problem-Solving & Solution Delivery:

  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions quickly and professionally.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and deliver the right insurance products.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and project execution.
  • Work effectively with the team to achieve collective sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Insurance Sales, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in Public Relations within the Insurance sector in Kuwait.
