Job Description
Develops an understanding of entire range of vehicles and provide customers with detailed information and demonstration.
Takes potential customer out for test drive.
Provides customers with financial rates and availability of vehicle.
Provides customer, where required, with best and easy installment methods
Closes the sale and advice customers of their administrative contact and ensure that all paper work is complete in preparation for vendors.
Maintains customer satisfaction level and prospect new customers
Achieves sales objective and contribute to the profitability of business
Maintains high level of customer services
Ensures that all brand related trainings are completed successfully and required certifications are achieved as per brand standards.
Adheres to all the internal and external brand audit criteria as specified by the management and principals.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int'l standards, if applicable and manufacturer directions/guidelines
Skills
Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
Strong negotiation skills.
