Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Prepare quotations.
Assist in sales presentations, negotiations, closing & sales report.
Spot check audit by visiting our B2B stores to keep a record of our products.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Train, mentor, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.

Skills
Proven Minimum 5 years of sales experience in F&B Industry
Excellent communication skills (Bilingual) (Arabic & English)
Self-motivated and results-driven
Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
