Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in the Food & Beverage Production industry by ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, communication with clients, and coordination of sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
  2. Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate sales meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
  4. Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
  5. Process sales orders and track their progress from initiation to delivery.
  6. Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Respond to customer queries and provide timely solutions.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries.
  9. Assist in training new sales staff on processes and tools.
  10. Evaluate sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  5. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  10. Strong analytical skills to assess sales data.
