Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service, assisting clients with product selection, providing styling advice, and creating a personalized shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s watches, jewelry, and collections, including features, care, and value.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve sales goals and KPIs, actively promoting product features, new arrivals, and limited editions to drive revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organization of products in the store.
  • Customer Relationship: Build long-term customer relationships, following up on sales, and managing client queries or concerns.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns or exchanges.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and image in every customer interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives and maintain a positive working environment.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
  • Sales Ability: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling products.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of watches and jewelry, including features, trends, and care requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, to convey product information and build rapport.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high standard of presentation, inventory accuracy, and product display.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive store environment.
