Position: Sales Associate – alyasra Fashion Brand

Reporting to: Store Manager

Location: Kuwait


Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Outstanding Customer Service: Provide the best shopping experience to all customers through exceptional service.
  • Aftersales Services: Ensure proper aftersales services to all customers.
  • Complaints Management: Manage customer complaints and grievances professionally.
  • Suggestive Selling: Practice suggestive selling and recommend alternative products to customers.
  • CRM Implementation: Ensure implementation and execution of company CRM processes and initiatives.
  • Customer Data Capture: Capture customer data to personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Lost Sales Feedback: Capture lost sales opportunities and provide feedback to management on specific customer needs.

Sales Performance

  • Sales Targets: Achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Meet agreed KPIs for conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
  • Promotions: Promote Alyasra Online shopping websites and all Alyasra brands.

Store Operations

  • Stock Management: Ensure products are stocked and displayed according to guidelines.
  • New Arrivals: Support in receiving and displaying new arrivals.
  • Inventory Participation: Participate in stock counts and inventory taking.
  • Product Care: Handle products with care to avoid damage.
  • Store Standards: Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene and ensure visual merchandising standards are followed.

Compliance and Security

  • LP Policies: Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and procedures to avoid financial implications.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure proper implementation of all safety and security standards.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain POS and cash handling procedures.

Brand Knowledge and Promotion

  • Brand Understanding: Understand the brand's DNA, concept, history, and legacy, promoting these to customers.
  • Product Education: Educate self and team on product features, advantages, and benefits.

Teamwork and Culture

  • Positive Work Environment: Cultivate happiness among team members and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Team Development: Offer support and guidance to new colleagues during their induction.
  • Participation in Learning: Engage in all learning opportunities and participate in development programs for professional growth.
  • Feedback Engagement: Actively engage in company surveys and provide valuable insights.
