Sales Associate / bilingual ( Arabic / English )

We are seeking a Sales Associate who is bilingual in Arabic and English to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information
2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
5. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store

Preferred Candidate:

1. Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
2. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
