Position Summary
As a Sales Associate for our luxury brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class shopping experience to our discerning clientele. Your primary focus will be to exceed sales targets by providing personalized service, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of luxury products, and cultivating lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand customers’ needs and preferences, recommending products that align with their tastes and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury products, including craftsmanship, heritage, and unique features, to effectively convey their value.
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional service and utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising standards and an inviting shopping environment.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling all payment methods with discretion and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest collections, brand initiatives, and luxury market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Support team efforts in achieving store sales goals and participate actively in promotions and events.
- Oversee after-sales services, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing the premium brand experience.
Supervision
Reports to and receives guidance from the Store Manager.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presentation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a high-net-worth clientele.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system and basic math skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate about luxury products, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
