We are looking of a Sales Associat at one of the furniture shops in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait, As a Sales Associate, you will play a role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and demonstrate features of various furniture items.
- Assist customers in the selection process, ensuring they find the perfect pieces for their homes or offices.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
