We are seeking a Sales & Tech Specialist who will play a dual role in driving sales, overseeing our delivery software, and providing customer support. This position is ideal for a candidate who is both a skilled salesperson and a tech-savvy problem solver.
2. Job Summary
The Sales & Tech Specialist is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of Fast Mile’s delivery software.
This role involves sales, software monitoring, technical issue reporting, and customer support to ensure businesses receive the best possible service. The candidate will also work closely with the tech team to identify and resolve software issues and provide feature testing feedback.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new business clients (e.g., restaurants, e-commerce stores, retailers, suppliers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention.
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with business clients.
B. Tech Oversight & Software Management
- Monitor and test Fast Mile’s delivery software for smooth operation.
- Identify and report software issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with the tech team to suggest software improvements based on business feedback.
- Conduct feature testing before new software updates are launched.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and software integration for new business clients.
C. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for business clients regarding delivery or technical issues.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support to businesses using Fast Mile’s software.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate development or operations team.
- Conduct proactive client check-ins to ensure seamless service and prevent client churn.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance both service quality and software functionality.
Skills
. Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or a tech-related industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot basic software issues.
- Experience in customer support or software troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is preferred but not required.
