What You Will Do

• Deliver food orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  
  

• Greet guests, describe menu items, and coordinate tray removal.

  
  

• Set up and clean room service stations and deliver in-room amenities.

  
  

• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

  
  

• Process guest checks accurately, including voids and complimentary items.

  
  

• Work professionally with colleagues, following Four Seasons’ standards.

  
  

• Prepare small food items, service private bars, and set up public space F&B stations.

  
  

• Occasionally deliver take-away orders and provide private butler services.

  
  

• Answer phones courteously, take in-room dining orders, and upsell services.

  
  

• Be knowledgeable about hotel services, using HotSOS devices to deliver timely service.

  
  

• Coordinate with Housekeeping for in-room service and guest requests.

  
  

• Be flexible with your schedule, including overnight shifts.

  
  

• Use HotSOS devices for service dispatch and collaborate with housekeeping for in-room requests.

  
  

• Provide private butler services when requested and maintain flexibility for rotational shifts, including overnight assignments.
