Job Description
The Head of Wholesale is responsible for overseeing the wholesale operations of the company. They will be responsible for managing a team, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Head of Wholesale will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase wholesale sales
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in wholesale operations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of the Kuwaiti wholesale market
