Job Description

We are seeking experienced and skilled Pizza, Fatayer and Bread Makers to join our culinary team immediately. The ideal candidates must have a solid background in making dough, cooking with starch-based ingredients, and a passion for crafting high-quality dishes. This position requires a transferable visa, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to food safety and hygiene.

Skills

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and Fatayer using traditional and innovative recipes.
  • Master dough preparation techniques and create various pizza and Fatayer fillings.
  • Ensure consistency in presentation, texture, and taste for every order.
  • Prepare and bake fresh, traditional Taboon bread and other types of bread daily.
  • Follow detailed recipes and cooking methods to ensure food consistency and quality.
  • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and ensure the replenishment of stock as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
