Job Description

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Verify visitor credentials and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the correct department or individual.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare and process documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects.
  • Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor at all times.
