Job Description

The Quality Control Officer (F&B) plays a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverage products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is essential in the food and beverage production industry, where adherence to health regulations and quality assurance protocols is paramount. The officer will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and implement quality control measures to guarantee that products are safe for consumption and meet customer expectations. With a focus on continuous improvement, the Quality Control Officer will work closely with production teams to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine inspections of food and beverage products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product safety.
  3. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures.
  6. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to food safety.
  8. Assist in the development of quality assurance programs and initiatives.
  9. Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
  10. Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings and recommendations.
