Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Quality Manager to oversee the production, quality control, and logistics of our photobooth operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all photobooths meet our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. They will manage communication with event teams, coordinate logistics, and maintain the operational excellence of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control in Booth Production:
Oversee the build process of new photobooths, ensuring materials, structural integrity, and finishing details align with brand standards.
Implement checkpoints during the build process and conduct final inspections before deployment.
Logistics & Operations Management:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for photobooth setup, teardown, and safe transportation.
Ensure smooth delivery and installation of booths at event locations, coordinating with team members and external vendors.
Communication with Event Teams:
Act as the main point of contact with event coordinators, confirming space requirements, setup logistics, and aesthetic alignment.
Prepare and share clear, detailed instructions with the team for each event setup.
Customer Experience Management:
Communicate with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Address and resolve any issues related to booth performance, setup, or quality.
Safety & Compliance:
Perform safety checks on all photobooths, focusing on electrical safety and structural integrity.
Develop safety protocols and ensure the team adheres to them during booth setups.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, quality control, or event management, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining premium quality standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
