Job Description
- Dealing with the suppliers directly and negotiate them to get the best price, quality, delivery terms.
- Preparing the follow-up of the arrival and departure of the shipment from and to the warehouse.
- Responsible for coming up with strategies to save costs while ensuring supplier performance goals are achieved.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Handle all sales operations and procurement procedures, including order placing and documents arrangement for custom clearance.

- متابعة عمليات وصول وشحن البضائع من وإلى المخزن
- مسؤول عن وضع استراتيجيات لتوفير الموارد وتنفيذها، بما في ذلك الأهداف والجداول الزمنية وخطط الموارد
- إدخال تفاصيل الطلب ( البائعين، الكميات، الأسعار) في قواعد البيانات الداخلية
- إدارة جميع عمليات المبيعات وإجراءات الشراء، وتقديم الطلبات وترتيب المستندات لتخليص الجمركي
Skills
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
- Experience in networking and ability to efficiently manage time.
- Must possess operational fluency in management software programs.
- Must recognize and follow through with client specifications.
