Join our dynamic team at underline group com. , where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller and Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our purchasing and cost control processes.

Responsibilities:

- Cost Control: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, conduct regular cost analysis, and prepare costing reports.

- Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and terms. Manage supplier relationships and maintain an updated supplier database.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking.

- Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for purchasing and expenses.

- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders. Ensure all purchases comply with required specifications.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on procurement and cost control metrics, analyze trends, and recommend cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cost control and procurement, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
