Job Description

Job Summary: Customize, manage and maintain Project Operations Modules under Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP based on company's approved workflow cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Analysis- Analyze manual project operations

·        Programming- Convert the manual operations into automated project operations using the “Project Operations” Module

·        Training-Provide training to line managers and portfolio managers in Professional and Consulting Services Division in how to use the “Project Operations” Module

·        Support-Provide technical support to troubleshoot any issues facing the Module users.

·        Reporting-Design reports on current engagements from which information is derived to assist in delivering control and supervision to ultimately enhance efficiency and effectiveness in implementing such engagements on cost/benefit basis

·        Perform any other tasks as assigned to them.

First: Technical Skills

a. Experience in Project Operations Module programming in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.

b. Competency of Techno-Functional project operations implementation processes including programming, system configuration, data migration, data integration, data testing, and support.

c. Competency of Project Operations tools i.e., project planning, resource management, project execution, and project financials.

d. Competency of data integration, data migration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Project Operations Module and other different Modules.

e. Competency of data migration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and Microsoft Azure Database Management System.

 

Second: Specialist Skills:

a. Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

b. Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment including business and product development, supply chain and procurement processes, and execution dependencies.

c. Analytical thinking in investigating the sequence of manual project operations

d. Programming the project operations to convert the same from manual to automated system using the modules and its requirements

e. Testing the programming and validating its completeness and intended purpose
