  • Description: Responsibilities:
    • Define project scope and objectives
    • Predict the resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
    • Oversee project costs to meet budget
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
    • Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and developments
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected results
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Required skills and qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, or a related field
    • 5 years of project management experience and 15 years of experience in Software development.
    • PMP certification is a must, Scrum certification is a plus.
    • Familiar with project management software, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
    • Proven ability to complete projects within planned scope, budget, and timeline
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools and best practices, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Jira.
