Project Manager

·        Control the Time, Cost and Quality of Projects

·        Planning and scheduling of different phases of a Project based on established deadlines

·        Coordinate all aspects of the Project Process, including hiring Contractors and working with Engineering Consultants and Vendors.

·        Negotiate Contract Terms with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Vendors

·        Confer with other Managers to monitor progress, including productivity of Equipment and Manpower and prepare detailed reports

·        Familiar in Contracts administration and in the process of Change Orders

·        Resolve problems that arise due to emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.

·        Prepare Project Proposals with Estimates and set Benchmarks

·        Familiar in the process of obtaining Permits and Licenses from appropriate authorities

·        Competent in Conflict and Crisis Management

·        Skilled in Resource Allocation and Staff Management

·        Develop and implement a training and development program for team members.

·        Mentoring team members for improved performance individually and corporately.

·        Collaborate with Design and Production Teams to ensure contracted Product Specifications are executed on-time and as agreed

·        Ensure compliance with Codes and Safety Standards.

·        In depth understanding of the Oil & Gas Market in terms of Clients, Market Segments and Current Political Landscape

·        Familiar in Finance Management

·        Levering the strength

·        Have an established Client base across the Oil & Gas Market specially in Kuwait.

·        Ensure timely management of the performance of all team members

·        Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

·        Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

·        Understand the company’s goal
