: Project Delivery Support This role involves overseeing project delivery and governance, promoting operational excellence, and encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration. It aims to implement initiatives that drive success across the region. Role Purpose Provide technical leadership and oversight for Project Delivery in the OKQU sub-region. Support the implementation of global project delivery initiatives and identify opportunities to align with future business strategy needs. Identify high-risk projects/proposals and projects in distress, and offer assessment, recommendations, and guidance for recovery. Ensure governance and management direction for Contracts/Projects to achieve consistent, successful project delivery, aligned with customer commitments while safeguarding Worley’s interests and reputation Offer strategic oversight of the regional project portfolio, addressing critical risks, and facilitating smooth transitions. Support all Global Project Delivery reporting requirements. Provide governance and execution support for all Worley projects in the OKQU location. Ensure consistency and alignment of projects with global project delivery frameworks and processes. Arrange, provide training as required. Foster close collaboration among Location, Region, and Global project delivery teams to deliver superior services and solutions to customers and industry. Support location country operations teams in effective resource management, covering: Support digital implementation by aligning on location requirements, defining roadmaps, and tracking progress. Experience Required:



20+ years’ experience, including 15+ years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience Workshare experience EPCM, EPC including site assignments Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments Demonstrated PM experience leading large projects with high-risk elements (desirable).

Minimum Qualification:



Bachelor of Engineering degree holder from an accredited university. Masters in Project Management (desirable)
