Production Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager with expertise in Aluminium Extrusion to join our team in Kuwait. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of aluminium extrusion, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and manage a team of production staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and coordinate aluminium extrusion production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
2. Monitor aluminium extrusion production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
3. Manage and train production staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
4. Implement and maintain aluminium extrusion production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the private sector, with expertise in aluminium extrusion.
2. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Knowledge of aluminium extrusion production processes and quality control standards.
5. Ability to analyze data related to aluminium extrusion and make informed decisions.
