الاستعداد الدائم لتقديم الدعم الفني والتقني
وضع خطة سنوية للشراء والبيع المتوقعة للمنتجات ذات الصلة
الحصول على عروض الأسعار من مختلف الموردين بناء على السوق
التفاوض على المواصفات والأسعار وشروط الدفع والمتطلبات الأخرى مع الموردين
دعم قسم المشروعات لإعداد المواصفات الفنية وتحديد الحل المناسب لتلبية متطلبات واحتياجات العملاء أو المشروعات
دعم فريق التسويق والمبيعات والتركيبات بالتدريب والمعلومات اللازمة, والقيام بالزيارات الدورية لمعارض الشركة
التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع قسم التسويق لترتيب عرض المنتجات في صالات العرض لدينا والإعلانات عى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
Consult and work with clients, engineers and others to assess needs and determine the product requirements
Assistance to the company in researching and developing new products
Provide the technical support
Develop the annual purchase and sales plans
Contact the suppliers and get proper the quotes and technical requirements based on Market
Negotiate with suppliers, follow up on specifications, payment terms and more
Support the project and sales departments to determine the appropriate products and preparing best technical and financial proposal as per the customer and project requirements
Support to the marketing, sales and installation teams with the necessary training, and make periodic visits on company showrooms
Coordinate with marketing department to arrange product displays in showrooms and social media advertising.
Skills
يشترط ان يكون مؤهل علمي مناسب
خبرة على الأقل 3 سنوات بمختلف أنظمة التيار الخفيف (كاميرات -انتركم -انظمة الشبكات -اكسس كنترول -ساوند سيستم)
القدرة علي اعداد أوامر الشراء والتعامل مع الشركات المصنعة والوكلاء
القدرة علي اعداد عروض الأسعار طبقا للمواصفات الفنية وجداول الكميات
يشترط رخصة قيادة
Appropriate academic qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in various light current systems (Camera -Intercom -Network systems -Access control -Sound systems etc.)
Ability to prepare purchase orders and deal with manufacturers and their agents
Ability to prepare quotations, technical specification and BOQ.
