Description
stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Procurement Performance & Reporting Senior Coordinator. In this role, you will manage and provide value-added insights for purchasing activities of goods or services for stc & Solutions through performance monitoring and data analysis in line with the set policies & procedures, ensuring better profitability and sustainability for stc & Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Contribute to the overall performance of the procurement department by demonstrating excellent purchasing and negotiation skills through professional behavior. Thorough understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle and adherence to the same to ensure transparency and compliance with the process. Perform detailed analysis of the quotations to make sure that suppliers meet the required scope and other contractual terms of stc. Develop and maintain the performance and reporting activities for the procurement function through providing deeper insights that enable better decisions. Develop supplier performance periodical scorecards and ensure alignment of the respective activities with the set policies & procedures. Prepare daily update reports, presentations, and dashboards for the procurement department.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree
· Professional Certifications Related to the role is preferred
· Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
· Minimum 4 Years of Experience
