What You Will Do

• Stock and replenish private bar items; relay charges using Symphony devices.

  
  

• Maintain mini-bars, check expirations, and replace items as needed.

  
  

• Ensure cleanliness of in-room setups and refresh supplies.

  
  

• Deliver private bar orders and assist with in-room dining and F&B stations.

  
  

• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and close checks accurately.

  
  

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and use HotSOS for timely service.

  
  

• Upsell services, stay knowledgeable about hotel offerings, and be flexible with shifts.
