About the location:
What You Will Do
Stock and replenish private bar items; relay charges using Symphony devices.
Maintain mini-bars, check expirations, and replace items as needed.
Ensure cleanliness of in-room setups and refresh supplies.
Deliver private bar orders and assist with in-room dining and F&B stations.
Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and close checks accurately.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and use HotSOS for timely service.
Upsell services, stay knowledgeable about hotel offerings, and be flexible with shifts.
