stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Power Senior Engineer. In this role, you will be Responsible upon all electrical power system form planning perspective
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Responsible for all aspects of the electrical power system from a planning perspective, including specification, PSF (Project Specification Forms), and RFQ technical evaluation.
· Supervise the delivery of power work, installation, and acceptance.
· Plan for all nodes (2500+), 17 MOC rooms, and data centers.
· Manage budgeting for all power nodes and expansion.
· Document power grids and connections.
· Oversee every phase of the project from initiation to completion.
· Calculate costs, materials, labor, and time required for each project.
· Approve designs and budgets.
· Delegate tasks to engineering teams.
· Conduct quality control checks on all systems and products.
· Analyze data and draft reports for review.
· Supervise the work of maintenance personnel or contractors.
· Oversee all power element engineering functions and staff, including maintenance, construction, and system improvements.
· Oversee energy efficiency programs and staff, including development and execution of programs.
· Assist the Director/GM with power supply procurement as required, including assessing long-, mid-, and short-term requirements, energy supply risk management activities, and monthly power cost adjustment calculations.
· Prepare the system load improvement plan and department O&M budgets.
· Responsible for STC building and facilities maintenance and improvements.
· Maintain 27 MOC sites and supervise installation.
· Maintain two US Army camps and 360 Mall.
Qualifications
To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required
· Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
· Minimum 4 years of relevant Experience
