We are hiring a receptionist/supervisor for a high-end apartment building in Bnaid Algar with the below JD:
Supervision of other building employees
Brokers: To be in direct contact with rental brokers to market the building vacancies.
Potential Tenants: Dealing with potential tenants from walk-ins by welcoming them to the property and offering available units for rent.
Targeting Potential Tenants: Web search for contacts of embassies, large companies, private schools, private hospitals and clinics to offer our available units for rent.
Dealing with existing tenants: 1) minimize evictions 2) Resolve issues
Property Condition: Make sure that the property is in excellent condition including: 1) Cleanness 2) Condition of the common areas 3) Condition of the vacant units
Maintenance Requests: Follow-up with maintenance requests from tenants daily and prepare a list for them
Maintenance Visits: Follow-up with maintenance companies’ regular visits
Rent Collections: 1) Collect rents and security deposits from tenants through k-net and cheques and handing receipts. 2) Knowledge of bank transfers and tenants' payment status
Evictions: Make sure that all evicted units complete the eviction questionnaire.
