Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and monitor project schedules for MEP activities using planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of MEP works.
  • Review design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to align planning schedules.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.


Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in MEP planning, preferably in MEP r contracting companies.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project coordination, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineering)
