Available Positions:
1. Personal Trainers & Pilates Reformer Trainers
• Full-time or part time or free lancers' group Pilates opportunities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
skills required:
1. Personal Trainer
• Fitness program design and execution.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Client assessment and goal tracking.
• Certification in personal training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
2. Pilates Reformer Trainer
• Expertise in Pilates Reformer techniques.
• Strong understanding of body alignment and posture.
• Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
• Effective communication and instructional skills.
• Certification in Pilates Reformer (preferred).
