Job Description

1. Payroll Operations: Ensure accurate and timely data entry processed accurately on a monthly and yearly cycle such as monthly pay runs and year-end accounts including newly inducted employees, leave applications, amendments, and relevant deductions for both payroll and PIFSS; process absence data on a monthly basis, sickness absence, other absence, emergency leave, maternity, etc.

2. Communication: Act as first point of contact in payroll promptly dealing with employee payroll related inquiries/issues/concerns.

3. Data Entry and Reporting: Input and process relevant additional benefits schemes communicated, cycle work schemes, etc.; accurately input processing relevant deductions, including relevant attachments, requests, and approvals. provide administrative support service ensuring smooth running of payroll deliverables including filing, photocopying, data input, invoice processing, production and distribution of required documents, reports and statistics.

4. Personnel Records: Ensure records of employment files are kept up to date for all Employees in line with latest guidelines; maintain personnel files for all Employees and ensure the database is kept up to date; provide accurate reports on personnel files when required.

5. Complete confidentiality and data protection.
