Job Description

As a Partnership Specialist at Marhaba GTS, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to identify, establish, and foster key partnerships with retailers and other potential stakeholders in Kuwait. Your primary role will be to craft and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with our broader business objectives. Through active engagement with key players, you will cultivate relationships and negotiate partnerships that expand our reach and enhance our loyalty solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding:
  •  Responsible for  the end-to-end process of onboarding merchants for loyalty, rewards, and B2B marketplace projects, including gift cards, coupons, discounts, cashback, points exchange, instant redemption, and digital payment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across various industries, including F&B, airlines, Hotel, telecom, and retail sectors.
  • Onboard top luxury brands to expand the merchant catalogue and enhance corporate programs.
  • SaaS Product Implementation:
  • Drive the onboarding of clients onto marketplace platform, enabling  assorted brands to offer customized gift card solutions to B2C and B2B customers.
  • Integrate merchants onto proprietary platforms, into facilitate real-time issuance, flexible denominations, partial redemption, and seamless POS/online store integration.
  • Develop and implement regional partnership strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support broader sales goals and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to create marketing plans, budgets, and joint campaigns, resulting in increased brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Utilize market analysis and industry trends to identify new partner opportunities and develop a robust partnership pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and drive partnership revenue to ensure continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and increased profit margins.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure smooth partner onboarding and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to penetrate new markets through strategic partnerships, driving growth and expanding the company’s regional footprint.
