Painter - Hotel

The Painter position at our esteemed hotel in Al Kuwait offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for aesthetics and craftsmanship. As a vital part of our maintenance team, the Painter will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of our hotel through skilled painting and finishing techniques. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
2. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
3. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
4. Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets hotel standards.
5. Maintain inventory of painting supplies and request reorders as needed.
6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to schedule painting projects with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling chemicals and equipment.
8. Provide recommendations for maintenance and repair of surfaces to prevent future damage.
9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance painting skills.
10. Assist in other maintenance tasks as required by the management.
