Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Carrying outdoor searches for potential opportunities.
  • Conduct Site visits with customers.
  • Cooperate with Installation Supervisor to meet customer needs mid execution.

Skills

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction as per requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
