Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage the operations department within our swimming pool company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership skills, and a passion for swimming pool systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding mechanical systems and pool technologies.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Control department budgets and assist in cost estimation for projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train engineering and operations staff to foster skill development and enhance team performance.

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on water systems or pool operations.
· Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pool technology.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
