Online Store Manager :
• Overseeing the daily operations of the online store, including order fulfilment, by effectively managing supply, demand, procurement, inbound and last-mile logistics, warehouse operations, and the planning and scheduling of relevant activities.
• Creating detailed operational reports to analyze and communicate online fulfilment performance and insights to senior management and operational teams.
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as order cycle times, error rates, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and order fulfilment to align with business objectives.
• Keeping track of inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand while avoiding excess inventory that could become obsolete or damaged.
