Job Description

  • Develop and implement project budgets and schedules.
  • Oversee all facets of MEP projects, encompassing planning, design, execution, and completion.
  • Engage in effective communication with stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Skills

  • 10 Years’ experience in maintenance field  .
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Holding a vailed KSE License
  • Holding a driving license
  • KFF certified is preferable 
  • Proven experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in construction estimating and scheduling.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership competencies.
