About the Job:
Reporting to the Medical Director, the CMO Office Administrator provides administrative assistance, and support to the function of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Office. This implies helping the CMO Office Administration Specialist and the Medical Director with regards to Data collection and processing, communication with Hospital employees, facilitation of CMO Office lead / supervised work operations, under direction of Medical Director.
Responsibilities:
- Support CMO in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities.
- Aid and coordinate in the preparation of materials and agendas for meetings.
- Collaborates with departments across the division and hospital to ensure project effectiveness, to advance the initiatives for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Ensure Insurance claims are completed by medical team in timely manner.
- To ensure compliant with MOH regulation regarding part time doctors.
- Helps in preparing CMO Office meeting minutes, and monitors implementation of recommendation as per the minutes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Cloud based storage platforms
- Very strong proficiency in PowerPoint is required, with a creative eye for improving existing presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite & HIS
- Experience in hospital executive secretary services
- Correct grammar, spelling skills, and legible writing.
