Job Description

  • Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
  • Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
  • Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
  • Sterilizing equipment.
  • Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
  • Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
  • Providing massage services listed in the brochure.
  • Maintaining records and filing documentation.
  • Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

  • Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their sessions, while actively encouraging them to maintain regular massage appointments for ongoing benefits.
  • Meticulous attention to hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and adhering to professional ethics and standards in all interactions with clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology, facilitating the pinpointing of problematic areas and the application of precise pressure and methods for relaxation and healing.
  • Thorough adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines, upholding a clean and sanitized workspace, and conducting all interactions with clients with the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Thorough familiarity with human anatomy and physiology, empowering the recognition of trouble spots and the implementation of suitable pressure and methods to foster relaxation and healing.
  • Exceptional customer care skills, fostering a sense of value and ease for clients during massage sessions, while actively encouraging the importance of regular appointments for ongoing benefits.
  • Proficiently applying diverse massage techniques, like Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal, to ensure each client receives a personalized and satisfying massage experience.
