Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to handle the administrative functions of our marketing team. This role focuses on supporting marketing projects through tracking, reporting, and managing communication with external agencies, particularly in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing, social media growth, lead generation, and performance marketing. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations and follow-ups while developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time. Provide regular updates and reminders to internal teams and external agencies (UK-based).
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to track their performance, ROI, and engagement. Assist in gathering data from campaigns, including phone call engagement and profit analysis, and organize this data for reporting purposes.
  • Serve as the main administrative point of contact for UK-based marketing agencies. Ensure agencies have the necessary information, documentation, and resources to carry out their tasks efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between internal marketing teams and external agencies. Schedule meetings, share updates, and ensure that everyone is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, project tracking, and reporting systems to increase efficiency within the marketing operations.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted strategies for lead conversion.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and online listings to ensure accurate and appealing content.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
