* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform PR campaigns (digital and traditional).
* Collaborate with the social media team to develop engaging content across all platforms.
* Track, analyze and report PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform PR strategies.
* Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and boost engagement.
* Support in planning and executing marketing events.
* Manage customer relationships and improve CRM strategies.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Experience in PR campaigns and media relations
* Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
* Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
* 2-4 years of PR experience, ideally in Kuwait or GCC.
* Background in F&B, Media, or hospitality.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Bilingual in English and Arabic.
