Job Description
OBJECTIVE
Entry-level specialist (officer) role which operates with a team and is responsible supporting the medium to long term objectives of assigned brands by enforcing the visual identity and market visibility of brands, marketing activities (research, coordination and executing) for all assigned brands. The role requires the incumbent to be creative and the role holder must execute marketing programs to increase brand identity and awareness in the market within the assigned budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the agreed marketing plans (OTIF) within the approved budgets
- Execute all marketing activities (events, promotions, etc.) of the assigned brands.
- Evaluate marketing activities, promotions, launches, etc.
- Negotiate and coordinate with event management agencies for brand launces and other marketing related events.
- Prepare, coordinate and organize all elements needed for execution of in-house events.
- Social Media posting on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all brand guidelines are properly followed and implemented.
- Deal with media for proper coverage, media bookings and advertisements.
- Coordinate and follow up with corporate gift suppliers on promotional materials.
- Analyse post promotion events and product launch.
- Analyse customer (internal/external) feedback forms for CRM activities.
- Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level.
- This role is indirectly responsible for approved annual marketing budgets of the assigned brands and provides recommendations on expenditure (negotiations with suppliers, seasonal offers, promotions, cooperate rates, etc.)
- Works within specifically defined guidelines, procedures and set conditions as per brands' standards
- Works in a fast paced broadly predictable sales environment, drawing on available financial and marketing intelligence, with predefined short and medium term goals and brand strategies.
